Mammadyarov to visit Jordan, Syria and Lebanon

Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will pay an official visit to the Middle East on April 8.

The minister will first visit Jordan in the framework of his one-week visit, Azerbaijani honorary consul to Lebanon Nazih Gassub told the APA.

Mammadyarov will meet with Jordanian King Huseyn I, Prime Minister Ali Abu Raheb and Foreign Minister Abdul Ilah Al Khatib.

Following that, the Minister will visit Syria and attend the opening of Azerbaijani Embassy in this country. Mammadyarov is also to visit Lebanon. His visits to Syria and Lebanon are being prepared now.
