Azerbaijani and Belarus Emergences Ministries sign two documents

The delegation led by Emergencies Minister of Belarus Anvar Bariyev is visiting Azerbaijan.

The delegation together with the leadership of Azerbaijani Emergencies Ministry today visited Heydar Aliyev’s tomb in Honor Alley and Martyrs' Alley, APA reports.

Following this, Azerbaijani Emergencies Minister Kamaladdin Heydarov received the delegation led by Anvar Bariyev. The Ministers discussed the cooperation between Azerbaijani and Belarus Emergencies Ministries.

Minister Heydarov said that the relations between the two countries are developing in many fields. The Azerbaijani Minister underlined that the Ministry is interested in the practice of Belarus Emergencies Ministry. Anvar Bariyev said that the relations between the two countries have developed much since President Ilham Aliyev's visit to Belarus.

Azerbaijani and Belarus Emergencies Ministers signed "Complex action plan on cooperation in 2007-2010" and "Regulations on joint Working Group for cooperation in warning and removal of results of emergency situations".

During its stay in Baku till March 16, the delegation led by Bariyev will exchange experience in the framework of the visit, and the visitors will get acquainted with the Emergencies Ministry's bodies.

The agreement on cooperation was concluded between the Emergencies Ministries of the two countries during the visit of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to Belarus in October, 2006.
