New German Ambassador to Azerbaijan meets with human rights activists

New German Ambassador to Azerbaijan Pyer K. Stankina accepted Azerbaijan Women's Rights Defense Society chairwoman Novella Jafaroghlu, Oilman’s Rights Defense Committee chairwoman Mirvari Gahramanli and Development Fund chairman Murad Sadeddinov.

They had discussions on political situation in Azerbaijan, NGOs, media, development of democracy, arrest of journalists, gender and other problems.

The Ambassador will continue meetings with NGO representatives and rights defenders, APA reports.
