Investigation period for Azpetrol Group of Companies President prolonged

Investigation period of Azpetrol Group of Companies President Rafig Aliyev has been prolonged again.

As APA reports, the period was prolonged at the trial presided by Judge Mammad Zulfugarov  July 14 at the request of General Public Prosecutor's Office.

The court decided to prolong the investigation period of Aliyev for October 18.

Rafig Aliyev was arrested in October and found guilty under Article 206 of the Criminal Code (smuggling).

He is now being held in investigation ward of the Ministry of National Security.
