By Ulviyya PoladovaAzerbaijan and Indonesia have discussed the possibility of holding an economic forum in the future as part of efforts to strengthen bilateral economic ties, AzerNEWS reports.
The discussion took place during a meeting between Yusif Abdullayev, Executive Director of Azerbaijan’s Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO), and Indonesian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Berlian Helmi.
Yusif Abdullayev briefed the ambassador on AZPROMO’s activities, support measures provided to entrepreneurs, and mechanisms for promoting exports and investment.
The ambassador expressed Indonesia’s interest in strengthening economic, trade and investment relations with Azerbaijan.
The sides exchanged views on potential areas of cooperation, products with export potential, and the possibility of organizing an economic forum in the future.
Potential partnership opportunities in construction, agriculture, tourism, pharmaceuticals, and the food industries were also discussed.
