Konstantin Zatulin, First deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, said in an interview with Moskovsky Komsomolets that Russia should in no case recognize the results of the elections in Armenia, but at the same time it is obliged to continue cooperation with this country.

This position resembles a man who loudly declares: "I'm a vegetarian, I don't eat meat!" and then he carefully finishes the cutlets from other people's plates and happily licks a spoonful of sour cream.

The whole principle of this approach is well described by a succinct phrase: "I'm not eating, but I'm finishing up."
