President of Turkmenistan congratulates Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev

President of the Republic of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, Azernews reports.
