Iranian ambassador congratulates Azerbaijan

Iranian Ambassador Abbas Mousavi has congratulated Azerbaijan, Trend reports.

"We congratulate the government and people of Azerbaijan on taking control of Lachin city, Zabukh and Sus villages," Mousavi told reporters in Azerbaijan's Shusha city.
