US State Department's Senior Advisor for Caucasus Negotiations will pay a visit to Azerbaijan, the US State Department said in a tweet, Trend reports.

The US State Department said that Schofer will pay a visit to the region this week in order to discuss how the US can best support the peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
