Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has made a Twitter post on 18th death anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

In his post, President Ilham Aliyev cited the national leader as saying: “For me, protecting, maintaining and making eternal the independence of Azerbaijan are above my life.”
