Azerbaijan recalls ambassador to Kazakhstan upon presidential order

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order on the appointment of Agalar Atamoglanov as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Kazakhstan.

Earlier, Rashad Mammadov was recalled from the post of Azerbaijani ambassador to Kazakhstan upon another order of the president.
