US ambassador regard detention of Azeri soldiers by Armenian side as mistake

Harnish said that he numerously heard statements on release of Azerbaijani soldiers, whilst it did not occur. Unfortunately, OSCE representative could not achieve their release, the diplomat regretted.

The Ambassador voiced his hope in their soon release and achievement of an agreement on development of procedures on repatriation of released soldiers to their motherland.
