'Azerbaijan is important strategic partner of Georgia'

Azerbaijani ambassador to Georgia Azer Huseyn assured Georgian State Minister for Reintegration Paata Zakareishvili of assistance and cooperation on issues that is included in the activities of the Ministry.

The meeting between the Ambassador and the Minister of State was held in Tbilisi today, the press-service of Zakareishvili said.

Hussein congratulated State Minister on his appointment and expressed his willingness to cooperate.

Zakareishvili, in turn, stressed the importance of Azerbaijan as a strategic partner of Georgia, and expressed willingness to deepen cooperation in various fields.

Deputy State Minister Ketevan Tsikhelashvili participated in the meeting.
