12 foreigners become alumni of Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art

According to vice-rector of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art Chingiz Bagirov, 12 foreigners have graduated from the university in 2009/2010 academic year. The students from Turkey and Cyprus completed bachelor`s programs.
