New project presented by the "Qanun" Publishing House in Azerbaijan

In order to increase the interest of youth for the literature, to reveal talented youth, the publishing council decided to collect all works that do not meet the standards of "the best literature" and publish an almanac, the publishing house reported.

The Publishing house invites all young writers to participate in this project. There is no limit for the genres of writings. The almanac will be published twice a year.
