EMIN conquers Moscow

06 April 2012 [15:39] - TODAY.AZ
The Moscow-based Izvestiya Hall hosted a grandiose solo concert of the talented Azerbaijani singer and composer Emin Agalarov (EMIN).

Popular singer and composer presented his new album titled «After the Thunder» and the new single «Heart Keeps Beating» and its Russian version. In addition, EMIN played songs «Baby Get Higher», «Never Enough», «Walk Through Walls», «Dead Roses» and «The heart is beating."
EMIN writes and performs songs in English. For the first time in his career EMIN recorded the song not only in English but also in Russian.

"Both versions come out with a completely different text. But I am very happy that finally recorded the song in Russian. In Russia, probably, many thought I was a foreigner," EMIN explains.

“This is the sixth album in my music career and it includes 12-13 songs, eleven of which I wrote myself and the rest were written by other authors. The album is very bouncing, there are a lot of dance songs, not so many ballads. Perhaps, it seems to be my best album, the best I have done up to date, but I will probably change my opinion when my next album is out," said EMIN.
The concert program also included the song "Blue Eternity" by famous Azerbaijani singer, People’s Artist of USSR Muslim Magomaev.

The new album was also produced by Brian Rowling, who worked with Enrigue Iglesias, Britney Spears, Tina Turner, Andrea Boccelli and other famous musicians. This year EMIN will open an international contest Eurovision-2012 in Baku.
