Azerbaijani water operator's emission registere

The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee has registered the prospect of the country’s water operator’s ordinary registered stocks for the state-owned company "Azersu", worth a total of 400 million manat, the Committee said.

About 20 million shares are issued at par value of 20 manat each.

Thus "Azersu" formed the authorized capital of 400 million manat.
