IBA-Georgia expects significant expanding of operations

The earning assets of the subsidiary of International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) - IBA-Georgia increased by 35 percent in 2010 compared to last year, IBA said.

According to the report, revenues and profits were increased by 104 and 87 percent respectively. Net profit amounted to $233.158. Deposits of physical entities increased by $8.3 million.

International Bank of Azerbaijan-Georgia has a leading position among foreign banks operating in the Georgian banking sector, the bank said.
