Several agricultural goods exempted from VAT, customs duty in Azerbaijan

According to Cabinet of Ministers, these goods include pure-bred bovine animals, sheep, goats, dunghill-hen, leguminous plants, sunflowers, sugar beet, red clover shamrock, forage beet seeds, fertilizer, insecticide, rodenticides, fungicide, herbicide, dryers for agricultural productions, equipments for filtering of water, equipments for washing and drying of dishes using in agricultural production, irrigation facilities for agriculture and gardening, carrying and other installations, pneumatic lifter and conveyors, loading installations for tractors.

At the same time, agriculture, gardening, forestry, equipments for using of land, machine and mechanisms for gathering and threshing of agricultural productions, hay-makers, eggs, machines for cleaning or sorting of fruit or other agricultural productions, milker device, equipments for processing or reprocessing of milk, equipments for agriculture, gardening, forestry, poultry or bee-keeping, mechanical and heating devices, incubators, machines for cleaning and sorting of seed, grain and leguminous plants, equipments for grinding a flour or processing of grain and dry leguminous plants also have been exempted from VAT and customs duty.
