Azerbaijan, Lithuania to implement joint agricultural project

"Lithuania's relations with Azerbaijan are developing successfully in various fields, and agriculture is one of the promising areas of our cooperation," Lithuanian ambassador to Azerbaijan Kestutis Kudzmanas said.

The two countries have excellent collaboration in this direction, the ambassador added.

"Our turnover is constantly growing and the products of Lithuanian companies are becoming increasingly popular among Azerbaijani citizens. So, we're pleased with our cooperation. Since Lithuanians have succeeded in developing agricultural tourism, we plan to implement Azerbaijan-Lithuania project in this area. We also intend to cooperate in poultry and livestock. So, our two countries have sufficient fields for cooperation," the ambassador said.
