Average price on one square meter of area in Baku newly-built buildings released

Azerbaijan's Property Market Participants public union has released outcome of the monitoring conducted into the first housing market of Baku in August, 2010. The monitoring revealed that 153 construction companies built 441 buildings in Baku by the end of August.

Great part of buildings were built in Yasamal (24.4%), Khatai (20.9%) and Nasimi districts (17.2%) of the capital. Average price one one square meters of area of apartments in newly-built buildings was $866.
