Socar-Turcas receives license

The Turkey`s Energy Market Regulatory Authority awarded a license to the Turkey-based SOCAR-Turcas as the joint venture is planning to build a new refinery in the Aliaga region in Turkey.

Executive Director of Socar-Turcas and member of the Petkim Board Kenan Yavuz said the plant with the capacity of 10 million tons a year would employ a thousand of people after its construction.
