Baku hosts Azerbaijan-Serbia business forum

Azerbaijan-Serbia business forum has today started here bringing together the two countries' officials, about 40 businessmen in agriculture, energy, construction, transport, oil, chemistry and other sectors. The event was organized by Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) with support of the Ministry of Economic Development.

Addressed the event were Nebojsa Ciric, Serbia`s state secretary in the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development and Azerbaijani Deputy Minister of Economic Development Niyazi Safarov.
They spoke of the economic cooperation between the two countries, stressed the importance of business meetings and invited businessmen to participate in investment projects. As part of the forum, Azerbaijani and Serbian businessmen will discuss bilateral relations.
