SOCAR President met with representatives of Honeywell and UOP

Head of the State Oil Company Azerbaijan (SOCAR) met Rovnag Abdullayev met head of the department of special materials of Honeywell Andreas Kramvis and President of the company UOP Rajeev Guatam, SOCAR website reported.

During the meeting Rovnag Abdullayev noted that there were long-term and close collaborative relationships with UOP and its parent company Honeywell.

According to him, this cooperation has yielded positive results, and there are new opportunities for its deepening in the coming years.

Andreas Kramvis, in turn, said that Honeywell and UOP have great strides in research and development of new technologies.

Head of the department of special materials of Honeywell expressed desire to identify prospects, related to Azerbaijan, and clarify the possibilities for future cooperation with SOCAR.

Rajeev Guatam told about the presence of new technologies for oil refining at UOP  and expressed desire to use them in Azerbaijan.
