Average price on non-residential premises in Baku made public

Azerbaijan's Participants of the Property Market Public Union has released outcome of December 2009 monitoring into the market of non-residential premises.
The monitoring indicates that non-residential premises cost $2 990 per square meter on average in Baku.

Non-residential premises are usually first and second floors of new buildings, as well as basement which are used for commercial purposes in most cases.
