Price on most expensive land in Baku made public

Participants of the Property Market Public Union of Azerbaijan has released outcomes of the December 2009 monitoring into the state of the land market in the Azerbaijani capital.

The monitoring showed that one hundred part of land in the capital averaged $15,086.

The most expensive land was put on sale in the Narimanov district of Baku at $250,000.  

Absheron region saw the lowest price at $350 per one hundred part of land.
