SOCAR pays over 710 million manat in taxes in 2009

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) assigned taxes worth 711 million manat to the state budget in Jan.-Sept. 2009, according to the company’s Web site.
SOCAR deductions to the state budget totaled 116 million manat in Sept.

SOCAR assigned 85 million manat to the State Social Protection Fund in Jan.-Sept. and 15 million manat in Sept.

The national oil company is expected to assign 1.45 billion manat to the state budget in 2009.
