Energy Minister: Azerbaijan is for all gas export projects

To implement the proposed Nabucco gas pipeline project is more complicated than other projects, said Azerbaijan’s Minister of Industry and Energy Natig Aliyev.
According to him, despite long-drawn-out negotiations on the Nabucco project, some issues have still not been resolved. Turkey and the EU are due to sign a deal in late June at earliest. It is all the same for us as to which projects will go online first. The first is the priority for us. It makes no difference whether our gas flows to Italy or Bulgaria,” he added.

He also noted that Azerbaijan is for all gas export projects.
