SOFAR budget for 2009 completed

"Consideration of the draft budget by the SOCAR observation council has been completed. The project has already been presented for ratification by the head of the state, it must be confirmed within one or two days", he told a press conference Thursday.

According to Movsumov, while developing the SOFAR budget for this year the average export oil price was set at $70 per barrel like in the state budget of the country for 2009. At the same time, the foundation spendings are estimated at $14 bln, while at the price of $50 per barrel - $9-19 bln.
