Memorandum of mutual understanding on cooperation in the sphere of motor transport was signed at the session of the Azerbaijani-Iranian commission on motor transport on January 20.

Day.Az reports with reference to Mehr News Agency that according to representative of the Organization of Road Service and Transport Said Abdollahi the agreement envisions reduction in tariffs, resolution of problems on border passage, use of single insurance policies, facilitation of transport means movement and stopping use of old buses in travelling between the two countries.
He said the session was attended by representatives of transport structures and customs bodies of Azerbaijan and Iran.
