Milli Medjlis deputy: "No class of entrepreneurs has been left in Azerbaijan"

07 January 2009 [11:42] - TODAY.AZ
"Significant drop in prices is observed throughout the world, but we do not record it in our country. It seems that Azerbaijan has its own economy, which does not adhere to any laws", said chairman of the Great Creation party Fazil Gazanfaroghlu, commenting on a rise in prices on an oil barrel on the world market.

He said Azerbaijan is the only country which has its own laws in economy.

"Nothing is sold and purchased by its own price in Azerbaijan, as the economy is not regulated by a single model. There is no single economic system in Azerbaijan. In this situation the world processes, including, the drop or increase in oil prices is of no significant importance.

In conditions when price policy is not regulated in the country, it is difficult to speak of something. Moreover, private entrepreneurs are not protected of unforeseen events and in the result no such a class has been left in Azerbaijan", said Gazanfaroghlu.
