Avoidance of double taxation will come into effect between Azerbaijan and five countries from New Year

From January 1, 2009, agreements on avoidance of double taxation between Azerbaijan and Qatar, Tajikistan, Estonia, Bulgaria and South Korea will come effective.
The Ministry of Taxes said international agreements on the avoidance of double taxation between the Azerbaijani government and the governments of Qatar, Tajikistan, Bulgaria and Estonia were signed in 2007 and with South Korea in 2008.

The number of countries with which Azerbaijan signed agreements on avoidance of double taxation will reach 28.
