Turkish Transport Minister arrives in Azerbaijan

Thus, the aim of the visit is to participate in the conference of the transport ministers of the state, taking part in the TRASECA project.

The conference is dated to the 10th anniversary of a multilateral agreement on the development of the International Transport Corridor Europe-Caucasus-Asia and the 15th anniversary of the CE TRASECE project.

The meeting with the Transport Minister of Azerbaijan Ziya Mamedov is expected in the framework of Yildimrim's visit.

It should be noted that at a jubilee session which started yesterday and will last today at the Gulustan palace, the participants will discuss issues of prolongation of the transport corridor, attraction of other neighbor states to this project and exchange views on expansion and prospects of cooperation between the member-states of the structure.
