Municipalities’ selling land plots suspended in Azerbaijan

Rules on auction sale of the land plots at the disposal of municipalities have been prepared in Azerbaijan, Chief of State Real Estate Registry Service Arif Garashov said, APA reports. He said that the rules were ready and had been submitted to the Presidential Administration.

"The rules will possibly be approved soon. The rules cover putting up land plots for auction, sale and other issues. Sale of land plots through municipalities has been suspended", he said.
