Signs of new gold, copper and nickel deposits discovered in Azerbaijani regions

Signs of new gold, copper and nickel deposits have been discovered in Azerbaijani western regions of Gadabey, Khanlar and Dashkesen.

Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry's press service told that prospecting is held for exploitation of the new deposits.

There are some gold deposits in Armenian-occupied Azerbaijani lands-
"Gizilbulag" deposit in Agdere, "Vejnam" in Zangilan, "Soyudlu" and "Agduzdagh" in Kalbajar. There are a total 10 gold deposits in Azerbaijan.

It is forecasted that more five gold deposits will be discovered in Azerbaijan in coming three years, APA reports.
