Social–economic development to be achieved in Sheki–Zakatal district

The major objective of the visit is to observe the regional development and existing problems on the spot, Trend reports.

"This visit is conducted within the frames of the regional development program in Azerbaijan. During the visit, the President will review actions carried out in the regions, meet with the residents. Decisions on social–economic development in the regions will be made. That's general policy and it has an aim to control the implementation of the above mentioned program, which will be carried out till 2008," he said.
