A guard of honor was lined up for the Azerbaijani President at the Amman Marka International Airport decorated with national flags of Azerbaijan and Jordan.

The Azerbaijani President was seen off by Jordan`s King Abdullah II and other state and government officials.

Later the same day, the Head of State returned to Baku.

At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, President Ilham Aliyev was welcomed by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Chief of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev and Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalybov.
