The Turkish runner of Azerbaijani origin Ramil Guliyev has won the men's 200m race at the European Athletics Championships in Berlin, Germany. Guliyev, 28, secured the gold medal after timing 19.76 seconds.

In 2017, Guliyev won the 200m race at the world championships in London.
