The Nakhchivan Open-2016 international chess tournament commemorating the 93rd anniversary of Azerbaijan’s national leader Heydar Aliyev will be held on May 8-10.

The tournament will bring together 60 chess players.

The 9-round tournament will feature three competitions.

The money prize of the tournament A is $7500.
