Azerbaijani boxer Elvin Mamishzade secured a gold medal at the World Championships in Doha, Qatar by beating Cuban Yosvany Veitia in the final.

He won the medal in the 52kg weight class, and ensured a berth in the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics.
