Azerbaijan`s national team beat Switzerland 11-6 in the 4th round of the first ever FIP (International Polo Federation) Arena Polo European Championship in Baku.

Azerbaijan now top the table with 8 points. Spain are second, followed by Germany.

FIP awarded the event to Azerbaijan at the general assembly in December 2014 in Buenos Aires.

World Polo has organized over 100 Polo Tournaments on Grass, Sand and Snow, including 2 FIP World Championships and 2 FIP European Grass Championships, including the first ever European Championship in Berlin 1987.
