Mario Balotelli has revealed he is already loving life under Clarence Seedorf, claiming that the new AC Milan coach is just like Jose Mourinho.

The enigmatic forward looked particularly disgruntled during the first half of the season for the struggling Rossoneri, who ultimately decided to part company with Massimiliano Allegri after a humiliating 4-3 defeat at Sassuolo.

However, after netting the winner from the penalty spot in Seedorf's first game at the helm, a 1-0 win over Verona on Sunday night, Balotelli made a point of acknowledging his new Dutch boss with a thumbs-up towards the bench.

"In Clarence Seedorf, I see the ruthlessness and will to win of Mourinho," the Italy international said of his former boss at Inter during an interview with Chi.

Balotelli also believes that Seedorf's stellar playing career, which included a decade at Milan, will also stand the 37-year-old Dutchman in good stead.

"Seedorf has been a champion as a player," the Azzurri striker pointed out. "He won everything there was to win, so I think we can trust in him.  Allegri was a good coach. He won us a championship, and I wish him the best for the rest of his career.

"But, again, I'm sure that Seedorf will help us. He's already well acquainted with the environment, so he will know well which players he should rely on."

Milan currently sits 11th in Serie A, 18 points behind third-placed Napoli, which occupies the final Champions League qualification berth.
