A blast occurred in a cafe in Baku’s Khazar District on Thursday. The blast took place in a cafeé owned by Firdovsi Bakhshiyev in Mardakan settlement. As a result, 26-year-old Hamid Heydarov received burns and was taken to hospital. Reportedly, the blast was caused by gas that leaked during repairs. An investigation on the incident is underway.
