According to Day.Az, electricity supply was restored at about 15:15.

According to Day.Az, electricity supply was cut in a number of Baku districts.
The temporary blackout hit an area from 20 January underground station to Bailovo settlement which means that electricity supply was cut in a large part of the city.
The causes of the blackout are being investigated.
