Great Ukrainian writer Taras Shevchenko's monument will be erected in Zagatala.
The initiator of the monument is Ukrainian Azerbaijanis Congress office in Kharkov province. The opening ceremony of the monument will coincide with Azerbaijani Republic Day-May 28, APA reports.
