Azerbaijani Consul General in St. Petersburg Gudsi Osmanov told APA that the event, including a charity concert and painters' exhibition will be held in the philharmonic.

The event is expected to be attended by Azerbaijanis living in Arkhangelski, representatives of national minorities and officials.
