Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev issued a decree on conscription from October 1 to 20 and sending the servicemen to reserve.
Those, who were born in 1988 and are over 18, also those who were born in 1971-1987 and are under 35 not having deferment of military service are conscripted to the Army from October 1 to 10. The soldiers, seamen and sergeants who ended their military service are sent to reserve, President's Office told the APA.
