National team 17 boxers started trainings in Zagatala on August 27, head coach Mammad Eyvazov told.

Aghasi Mammadov, who stayed beyond international competitions after car accident in 2004, will also take part in World Cup.

"Aghasi trains regularly and will take part in the World Cup in 57 kg or 60 kg weight," the trainer said.

Alongside with Azerbaijani, Russian, Cuban, US, Ukrainian, Chinese and Kazakhstani teams Africa national team will also join the competition. China team will come to our country first, on August 9.

They will have trainings with our national team. Azerbaijan team will end trainings on August 7 and have a rest for two days, APA reports.
