President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today signed an order to mark the 100th jubilee of outstanding theatre and cinema artist, People’s Artist Barat Shakinskaya.
The Ministry of Culture and Tourism is tasked to draw up a plan of actions to ensure the celebration of the jubilee.
