Every citizen in the United States has under certain limits the right to depict any number or word on his/her car's number plate.
According to the media, acquirement of car numbers is regulated by federal legislation in the U.S. In the state of Virginia it takes a couple of hours to have a registered number. Techical check up in fuel stations costs only 16 dollars.
As the witnesses say, Azerbaijanis living in the U.S. love to use special number symbols for their cars. Thus, depictions such as "Baku", "Karabakh", "Gabala", "Ordubad", "AZE" could be encountered in the streets of the U.S.
